these flowers arrived on a hot Saturday, opened up fully on Tuesday and lasted until the following Saturday. She did say they that when they opened up, they were amazing.

No, I don't recommend this
I ordered these for my Mum for Mothers Day. Was so disappointed, 9 days after delivery only half were open and some were going brown. The bouquet looked really cheap and old. M&S you have really let you standards slip on this one. I have ordered so many wonderful bouquets from you for my Mum and as I am overseas I have relied on the high standards of my previous orders, but not this time. I would appreciate a full refund, or replacement bouquet ( but NO lilies please!). I don't like having to write such a poor review, as your bouquets are normally so good, but I am really disappointed.

The bouquet of lilies with foliage had very little of the latter, so although the lilies were nice they weren't set off to best effect. There were only two strands of foliage which were shorter than the lilies so couldn't really be seen. Not the best from M&S, normally much better.

Birthday flowers

Very disappointed. Just 8 stems and these were dry and drooping. The petals on the lilies were browning and the flowers hadn’t opened so when they do open they won’t last long because they are already dying.

Flowers Failed to Open

I ordered these flowers for my daughter from where I live overseas. They look beautiful in the photos and thought they would be an ideal gift as they are her favourite flowers. They were delivered on time and when the package was opened they were well presented and a decent sized bouquet. Unfortunately after 6 days the lilies still not opened and the smaller 'exotic' foliage is now dying off despite being kept in a warm sunlit lounge. Very disappointed that they haven't lived up to how they were presented on the website.

Having had M&S flowers in the past and been very happy with the quality including these same lilies, I was disappointed this time. They didn't seem as fresh as before and have not lasted very well, some wilting before even opening.

Lily bouquet

Ordered this bouquet as a special gift - having ordered flowers from M and S on many occasions. Sadly this time they were exceptinally poor. The bouquet arrived with buds broken off in the packaging and after a couple of days the remaining flower buds turned yellow/brown and failed to open. The recipient informed M and S as I was away on holiday - and I have received a full refund. However I remain extremely disappointed that what should have been a lovely treat for a special occasion failed miserably - not at all what I expected from M and S.

Recieved as a gift from daughter some of the leaves where yellow there is about 3 open the flowers are the worse iv saw the Lily's are dying and they haven't even opened . I would of complained but as they where a gift didn't like to say. I also got Lily's and roses from other daughter three days before these ones and they are lovely

Sent to me as a present by my children.Appalling quality. 9 days on from the celebration day,only 4 lilies have come out.The remaining 20 lilies are still closed.The 2 pink stems of ?Wax flower are now dead! This is the second time that I have received a sub standard M&S bouquet. So difficult to tell someone that their present is so awful but I will this time-to save them wasting their money

i ordered these flowers for my wife to be delivered on mothers day, there was a mis up on the order so never got them till the wednesday after mothers day, they have been on display now for a week only one of them has bloomed and the others are almost dead. always buy flowers from marks and spencers but having second thoughts. poor,poor,poor

I ordered a bouquet for my mum for Mothers Day no fault of Marks the flowers were not received to them, they kindly rang me up (daughter) explained the situation that they were sending a different bouquet when the flowers arrived to my mum they were amazing beautiful roses Marks gave me a voucher, I can honestly say they were absolutely fantastic the customer service brilliant.
