2in Longer Pure Cotton Stay Soft T-Shirt

Lovely T shirts, very comfortable. However, I ordered a standard one and the one with the extra 2" and my husband has just told me the two are identical length, in fact they are identical in every respect! I must check if they are the same price!

My husband is 6' 5" so T shirts are often too short, but this was perfect.

This T shirt is indeed 2" longer but unfortunately it is about 4" wider! It is Large size (labelled for a 41-43" chest) but it actually measures 48" wide underarm! What is M&S thinking? Is it just relabelling XL or XXL as 2" longer? I am just under 6' tall and slim (not thin! - 38" waist); the 2" longer range (when M&S gets it right) is perfect for me. Cannot M&S understand that if you are big and tall you simply buy a larger size, whereas if you are tall (but not that tall) and not big you need something proportionately longer - which surely is the point of the 2" longer range? For £7.50 I am keeping it as it will not be outerwear except on a beach but if it was a jumper, say, it would have to be returned.

Size Large in this T-shirt is never in stock! Maybe you need to employ more attentive buyers that know what your customers require! Or just simply read the reviews occasionally. If that's a problem then can you email me your supplier so I can buy direct from them! Thank you. A very frustrated and bored of constantly checking your online store customer.
