Do I have to pay Goods & Services Tax?
A 5% GST fee will be applied on all orders over £60 in line with the change to the 'de minimis' GST threshold by the Jersey government in July 2023. This can be paid in advance or on arrival. Please click here for more details. Kindly note that an additional fixed disbursement fee will be charged where this is prepaid in advance at Checkout.
Do I have to pay any customs and/or duty?
No, there are no additional customs duties to pay now the UK has left the EU.
Can I deliver to a PO Box address?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is only possible within the first 30 minutes after the purchase is complete. After this time frame, the cancellation option becomes unavailable. It's important to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
Will all my items be shipped together?
In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels due to product availability.
