Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Soft & Smooth Bedding I have recently discovered this bedding from M&S, and I am delighted with it all...especially at this price. It is very soft and smooth, which is very important for me due to my sensitive too. I have used the sheet and pillowcases so far, but have a duvet cover yet to try. There is a good range of colours, although I personally would like to see some stronger, richer colours, or a yellow maybe. The lyocell has proved to be much kinder on my skin than most more expensive cotton bedding, and washes easily and dries quickly, needing no ironing (not for me anyway) If it was made from 100% lyocell, it could be even better ! 5 Stars !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought for my son My son is a doctor in Dundee and whilst all the Coronavirus disress, I told him he needed to sleep well. He told me his bedding wasn't the greatest, so I bought him a complete beddong set. The sheet he thought had silk in. I told him that's just Marks and Spencers lovey quality of cotton. It wasn't the most expensive but it certainly impressed him. A 28 year old busy doctor in the midst of a crisis acknowledging the superior thread count quality of a sheet makes you know this is a fantastic bed sheet. Sheet wasn't skimpy in amount, therefore no dragging to fit the corners of the matress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you get hot at night buy them now I have read all the reviews before buying these sheets. They do what they say on the tin and do keep you cooler than most other sheets. In some reviews they say they don't wash well. I can say they wash great and did not write this review until I tested this fact. I do not iron sheets and they came out of the dryer and line fine. They feel so soft and really do wick away moisture when you get hot. Excellent for us ladies of a certain age. Also no issues with bed sheets being to large ours is a king size average size mattress and no problems at all. I wish I had found these sheets before buying expensive 100% cotton sheets with a high thread count that apparently makes you hotter wish I known that before. If in any doubt do what I did and buy just one pillow case and try out I did and went ahead and bought 2 flat sheets 2 fitted and four pillowcases.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed These are the most expensive but worst sheets I have ever bought. The size is wrong - I bought the king size for my king size bed and the fitted sheet is so big we wake up with it screwed up beneath us having pulled away from the mattress. The flat sheet is massive. And ironing! Well I am one of those who has to iron sheets but try as I may I cannot get the creases out of these sheets. They look just as creased after ironing as they do on the washing line. I would not recommend this bedding and will stick to Dunelm Mill in the future. I thought I was doing the right thing, splashing out on some lovely sheets having bought a new duvet, curtains etc, - how wrong I was!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT If I hadn't laundered this and the matching pillowcases, they'd have been straight back to the shop. They come out of the washing machine stiff as a board and dry like a rag. Ironing is a nightmare and sheets and pillowcases are so thin I could read through them. I've never written a negative review before and frankly I didn't want to give this product any stars at all. Completely disappointed. Can't wait until I can take them to the charity shop and buy new... but it won't be from Marks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hot due to material changes. Upon recommendation, we bought one of these from you a few years ago and it was brilliant at keeping us cool. However, 2 days ago we put on the new sheet and for a second night, have been SO hot that I thought I would check the labels this morning. I wonder if the fabric change has lessened its effectiveness? On the older cool sheet, the label indicates it was 100% lyocell, the new one is only 77% lyocell, the remainder being cotton and boy, what a noticeable difference. The new sheet feels rougher than the old one and is SO hot. It hasn't kept us cool at all. Very disappointed that it is not as effective as the old sheet - which fortunately, we still have. On a positive note, it is deep and fits the mattress well. (I haven't washed it yet, but don't think there will be problem, hence ticking yes)
