The collection point will be finalized after checkout, based on its proximity to your home address.

Note: In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels due to product availability.

During public holidays and peak shopping periods delivery may take longer than usual.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is only possible within the first 30 minutes after the purchase is complete. After this time frame, the cancellation option becomes unavailable. It's important to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

Do I have to pay any customs and/or duty?

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with government import regulations. Orders valued above the Israeli customs threshold may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by border control at the time the order arrives in your country. We advise you to check the most current threshold with the appropriate government agency. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. You can choose to pay duties and customs charges as part of your order or pay the duties and customs charges locally when your order arrives into Israel.

Why do I need to add my home address after selecting a collection point?

When you select a collection point, you will still be required to provide your home address during checkout. This is because the carrier assigns the collection point based on proximity to your address to ensure the most convenient option for you.
