HOW TO STYLE A SHACKET FOR WINTER

A cross between a shirt and a jacket, this on-trend style is the perfect layer for right now and into spring

Thicker than a shirt, but thinner than your big winter coat, the shacket is a great layering piece and can be worn all year round. Our latest wool-blend shacket comes in powder blue (pictured) and shades of cream, both finished with attention-grabbing tortoise buttons. Alternatively, try the longline shacket from Per Una in navy and white. Right now, beat the chill when you’re working from home by wearing it instead of a cardigan. On milder days throw it over a roll neck and jeans or a cute dress, thick hosiery and chunky boots before you head out, and when the temperature plummets add a big coat. Come spring throw it over a white T-shirt and jeans for a low-effort look.
