Zigzag Print A-Line Skirt

more of an evening or cocktail skirt - probably not day wear for most people unless going to the office Christmas party! Looks better with a dress-down top; t shirt or even jumper, to avoid fairy-on-the-Christmas-tree look. BUT very small waist. I take a 16 skirt, 14 jeans, needed an 18 in this. Doesn't matter as such but had to send back first choice. NB it is fully lined, contrary to description. And again, why o why don't they include the actual length in the description? My knees obviously in different place to the model's. Yes definitely glitzy - metallic thread dominates. A very pretty skirt, just right for the season and would work for most ages

This is a lovely skirt for the Christmas season

The product pictures don't quite capture the vividness of the gold running through this skirt - it looks more dressy than I had anticipated - but, paired with an unfussy top, it creates a great silhouette for evening or occasion wear. While the fabric has some structure to maintain the A-line shape, it's also lightweight enough for the skirt to have plenty of movement. I chose my usual size and, at 5'7", found this to be a good length, hitting at mid-calf.

Really pretty skirt, unfortunately too small around the waist for me. Fixed waistband, lovely fabric, I will try and buy a larger size in my local store.

This was a great disappointment. It is very bright, with the gold predominating and very long for me (size 14 was 31 ins long). Please M&S would you routinely include skirt lengths in the description? It is no good saying 'Model was size 8' - that is irrelevant to me. Why not say length 31 inches?

I looked at this skirt and thought lovely. Ordered it when it came nothing like the picture. It is gold and pink not for everyday. So disappointed sent back first time I have really hated something. Not M&s quality.
