This expressive red is from the Valdubón estate in the heart of Ribera del Duero, a beautiful region in north-central Spain. M&S winemaker Sue Daniels worked with Valdubón’s Javier Aladro to create this wine, balancing different parcels of well-managed Tempranillo grapes to create a complex red wine which is softened by the short ageing in luxurious American and French oak barrels.
