Exceptional quality.
Yes, I recommend this
I personally love this blazer as it's very stylish and the quality of the cloth is superb. I love the fact that it emphasises my waist and I'm a broad shouldered lady with less curvy hips. So for me it balances my body frame. I also love the fact that's it's a little bit different and I'm remembering the 80's with the padded shoulders and the style of this. I love it.

A great smart/casual blazer
Yes, I recommend this
I’ve had my eye in this blazer for a while, I’m happy with that I managed to get it in the sale. I’m usually a size 10 but decided to buy a size 12 for size, thankfully I did because it fits better than the size 10, if you want to wear something underneath and, it can be buttoned up. I love it, hopefully it wears well.

Too exaggerated a cut
No, I don't recommend this
I saw this jacket featured on an F1 advert and it looked great. I knew it had a cinched in waist but when it arrived I felt the cut was so exaggerated. I took time over a few days to try it on and pondered over it in the mirror - was it just the way it had been folded in the packing, would it soften with wear? I concluded that the fabric was just too stiff for that and returned it.

Great quality but shoulders a bit 1980s.
No, I don't recommend this
The quality of this jacket was perfect - very well made. The problem is that, once on, the shoulders were over-large and made me look like someone from a 1980s rom-com. I had to return - sorry.

Lovely shape snd good quality but made for someone of 6 foot with big hips …. Shoulders and waist great , not size 6 on the hips , and really really long like a coat .

Absolutely the worst thing I have ever had from M&S. Sizing is completely off. I am a small 10, ordered a 12 and it barely fits. The shape is horrendous. Quality is ok but there is very little else that is good about it.

Great fit- LOVE this!
Yes, I recommend this
Love this blazer. I have an hourglass shape and find it difficult to find things that suit my shape, without making me look 10 sizes bigger. This is perfect in the way it fits at the waist. It gives me the confidence to feel great in what I’m wearing. :)

Hourglass shaping blazer.
Yes, I recommend this
Perfect for Hourglass figure, lovely shape and fits true to size. Only request I would have differently is match material trousers in straight leg, bootcut not just wide leg. Then it would be a truly versatile suit combination.

Had high hopes for this. Bought a size 10 and the shape is bizarre. It does cinch in at the waist but then it makes you look like you have massive hips. Will have to return

Cinched Waist Blazer
No, I don't recommend this
Very disappointed from a sizing point of view: I am a size 18 going 16 for blazers made by M&S. To have this one fit i'd have had to buy a suze 20 (I bought 18). So if thinking of getting it definitely go a size up. Disappointed with the fit as well because once it's buttoned up, the bottom of the blazer has a weird shape as if the blazer were an "A" shape. Disappointed with the fabric as well because I was expecting a bit of elastane in it to make ut more comfortable. I definitely have seen better elsewhere and for what this blazer is (shape, fabric, fit) is way too expensive. So will be returned.

Proportions not great!
I really wanted to love this jacket, the fabric is gorgeous, the style is sleek, and the fit through the shoulders and waist was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, the cut around the hips was too generous. It created an odd, flared shape that didn’t match the otherwise tailored silhouette. For me the proportions were off. Such a shame, because everything else about it was spot‑on. --- If you want, I can rewrite it to sound more playful, more formal, more concise, or more direct depending on where you’re posting it.
