They looked very smart, but I could not keep them on as they were so big, even after buying heel grips, I have been size 6 for about 50 years. I wore them one day - slipping on and off - so did not feel I could return them.

Bit disappointed. With hindsight should have returned the shoes as they were wider than I would have chosen Sizing seems to be hit and miss at the moment in all clothing and shoes

Lovely comfortable court shoes in a deep blue. They are great for work as they are really comfortable but you can go straight out to an night out in them as they are so smart. Look good with trousers, skirts and dresses these are a definite must for work and the party season.

I bought a pair or black suede shoes with wedge heels size 6 1/2. Good fit. Then ordered same in navy. Left shoe good fit right shoe much too big. Shoes Returned!!! Why can't you get your sizings right like other shops. So many of your customers lost due to this problem, but you seem to ignore the problem and we are all disappointed. If H.O. Really read and took notice of people's comments, they should be desperately trying to fix this problem to keep their customers happy. Same with clothes too. C'mon M&S get yourselves sorted otherwise you will end up like Many other closed stores Which would be of your own making... sadly.
