I am in Australia so I don't know what I'd do without M & S. Mum and other family members said it was beautiful and yes good value for money too as it was huge as well.

These flowers turned up as a gift for my mum on Mother’s Day and looked nothing like the photo advertised. They were sad, a lot smaller / fewer flowers than expected. Some were already looking slightly wilted. They didn’t last very long, and some even refused to open at all. All in all, the worst bunch I’ve ever ordered through M&S and has made me question whether I’ll purchase through them again

I ordered this for mothers’ day. The photo show 8 roses, there were 6 and pink hyacinths, yet there were only blue? The photo is really misleading. Massively overpriced. I complained and received a full refund.

ordered these for my mum arrived a day late then only lasted 3 days before she threw them out I did get a refund and a £5 e voucher as an apology for being a day late but I will not order flowers from you again poor delivery and poor quality

My Mother received these as arranged the day before Mother's Day. She was absolutely delighted and said that they were really beautiful. The aroma was wonderful too. I was very pleased as with some other companies, you can be let down with the variation in quality and the recipient does not like to mention this but I always feel confident with Marks and Spencer bouquets that they are really wonderful. I always use Marks and Spencer now for sending flowers.

I was actually there when the flowers arrived and was delighted to see they were exactly as pictured, but really fresh and still in bud. Not a huge bouquet - but the colours were gorgeous - faded mauve, pinks and purples. The hyacinths were ready to open and provide days of fragrance. Just lovely!

This was delivered on time and had a good quantity of blooms. I am a bit disappointed though that the roses had drooped by the Tuesday having been delivered on the Friday. Not very long for my Mum to enjoy them. I do realise however that with transportation Roses can be a bit hit and miss

Dead Roses

My sister sent this bouquet. It looked fine. Roses were dead,brown petals on the outside. Hyacinth still in bud. Roses binned. Hyacinth OK. I will have to find a very small vase. My Mum is 90 this year. I bought from Tesco. £10 big bouquet. Looks wonderful. And will go on for a few more days. What are you doing M & S
