Open Front Cardigan with Wool

Took the advice of other reviews and so glad I did - normally a 16 so went down to 14 and fits perfectly . Great weight and length - making it warm although sleeveless . Goes really well with the m&s black skinny jeans but equally looks good with a dress so really versatile . A tad expensive for what it is but with the sale discount definitely worth buying .

Really like this item although go at least one size down as it is very big.

I love this easy to wear cardi. It looks stylish and elegant - can be worn for a formal look as well as casually with jeans. Nice quality and weight which means it hangs well. I went down a size - from a 14 to a 12 - and it is a perfect fit. I am 5'6" and, on me, it falls to about 2" above the knee. Great for layering or just with a blouse. Looks great with a white, long sleeved shirt and jeans. A good wardrobe staple.

I love the material and simplicity of this piece. Living in Canada it's nice to be able to pull on another layer when needed. This is very smart and comfortable. Will be great for spring and travelling. I ordered a size down after reading the other comments. Glad I did. Fits perfectly and the colour is great.

I like the style, but the size 14 was enormous. I exchanged it for a size 12, which fits well.

I bought this item following the purchase of an Autograph light grey sleeveless cardigan which had proved to be a fantastic buy. Unfortunately, the black version turned out to be of both inferior style and quality. I returned it. The material feels light and flimsy, and the collar never sits right on the body. Basically, this item is not solid enough for its price.

Originally bought this in navy which has been very useful, so bought it in black as well. Useful for when you want to be smart casual but don't want to wear a jacket. Warm and practical as it has pockets. Nice length cover-up.

I really love this item, and it will be a smart addition to my spring and summer wardrobe. However, as many others have observed, the sizing is inaccurate. Based on other comments, I bought a size 8 although I am a size 10. This has proved to be a good fit. I would be delighted if Marks and Spencer would return to their previous reliable sizing policy, as it would certainly save me from having to return items when they don't really fit. I bought the dark navy and it will be very smart during the warmer days worn with white.

As previous reviews normally buy size 12 but returned this and bought size 10 but very pleased with purchase although bit on the expensive side.

I am really pleased with this cardigan, perfect fit and nice length, I can wear it now over black leggings/dark jeans and into the spring with light colour/ white skinny jeans!!!

Ordered this several times and now I'm thrilled to be able to say I wear a size 10 when I'm actually a 14. Will be very happy to throw it over the back of my chair at work with the size label on show! Lovely thick fabric.

I have bought both the black and grey version, and very happy with both.

I bought this in grey before Xmas and have worn it lots, very useful for wearing while shopping as not as heavy or restricting as a coat, however it is extremely generous in size. My true size is a 12 but size 10 is amply big enough in this. Good price compared to other similar styles elsewhere. How stylish it looks depends on what you wear it with and personal preference I suppose but I wouldnt wear over a dress or skirt, to me its made for trousers and boots for best effect.
