Not worth the money

Flowers looked absolutely nothing like photos on the website. Really dissapionting looking for £45. Feel let down because of this as they were a gift for Mother’s Day.

Disappointing

Really disappointed and underwhelmed with these. Flowers arrived bashed with half of them wilted and over & the other half tight unopened buds. Nothing like the picture. Usually impressed with M&S flowers but these were a complete let down and way overpriced. All in all really dissatisfied and not pleased at all as bought as a Mother’s day present.

Ordered for my mum for Mothers Day. I have not seen this arrangement in person but the description and pictures on the internet guided me towards this particular item. My mum was very pleased, she liked the colours, the way it was presented. She has has stated that the flowers do last.

Mum was very happy with the flowers which is the main thing. Went M&S flowers for the first time as the Interflora site seemed to have a problem when ordering for Mothers Day. M&S flowers seem great value so will be coming back.

Arrived late, and quality of flowers were very poor. Quality was not as expected, wilted, jaded looking flowers. Terrible service from both M&S and the courier company.

My son arranged for the bouquet to be delivered to me on Mothering Sunday. It arrived in the afternoon and when I opened the box the flowers looked decidedly sad and unfortunately didn't freshen up when put into water. I buy flowers most weeks from M&S and have sent on numerous occasions flowers by you via the internet. I will however think twice before using this service again.

I bought these flowers last year and they were beautiful so I don't know what happened this year. They were terrible I phoned customer services and complained they offered a refund which at the time I declined. I think I deserve a form of compensation as the flowers never lasted the week I felt completely embarrassed when I saw what was delivered What happened did you run out of flowers and try and throw a bunch of flowers together I won't be embarrassed like this again leaving my mothers day gift in your hands thanks msrks and Spencer It's the florist for me and they were cheaper

My expectations weren't high - Mothers Day flowers usually aren't the apex of the value/quality pyramid. Whilst these weren't as bad as the Moonpig debacle from a year or two ago, for 45 quid they were really poor - sparse and already turning up their leaves on day 2. Bear in mind this was the "large" bunch - heaven only knows what the small bunch would have been like. If I had been in the store there is no way I would have paid more than around 15 quid for what was delivered. Buyer beware perhaps but next Mothers Day will be the local florist, see what I'm buying and do the delivery leg work personally.
