Jumbo Checked Shift Dress

Collected the dress from my local shop and left it overnight before going to try it on. Laid it on the bed so I could undo the zip to spot the white facing inside was covered in make up. It clearly had not been checked on its return to store. I immediately got on line to M & S and can not fault the way the complaint was handled. I was refunded the money immediately, however, had I not been able to get on line and had returned it to the shop I could have been accused of putting the make up on the garment. Items need checking thoroughly. There is no scale I can add these comments to on the site, therefore I have to put poor and very small although I did not try it on.

Great dress, comfortable non crease fabric

Lovely dress, super quality and beautifully made. Unfortunately it was rather too big around the bust so would have had to takeit in if I had kept it. I would have done this as I did like the dress very much but decided to send it back as the dress wasn't really what I wanted.

Great value for money stunning Fred wore to a wedding

Goes in at the right places and skims over tummy area. Fabric is a bit heavy and stiff, but that suits the style. I tried another in same style with a different pattern and that one had used same fabric for facing around neck and armholes which resulted in them standing away from the body and looking like they were backed by cardboard. This pattern however uses a thin soft facing which means it sits a lot better. Overall a good look for office/city smart/ dining out.

This dress looks amazing on, the fit is good and the length is just right for me, not too short, not too long. Fabulous for going out or to a wedding The fabric is lovely quality too. Easy to accessorise too being navy, I maya wear it with red shoes and bag.
