Fairtrade
One of the best ways to tackle poverty in developing countries is to build trade links with farmers and their communities. That's why we are selling more and more products that carry the Fairtrade label.
Our commitment to animal welfare is shared by our farmers. Our dedicated agriculture team works closely with them to oversee the development and implementation of our strict livestock production standards.
We are the only major UK food retailer to guarantee that no genetically modified ingredients are used in the manufacture of our food, from fruit and vegetables to the ingredients in our ready-meals.
