diego dalla palma Semi-Permanent Technical Mascara
I had never purchased make up from M&S and will not do so in future. This mascara is so sticky and difficult to remove. After putting it on, each time I blinked I felt my lashes sticking together. It does not come off regardless of product used, I smudged some below my eye before going to work, had to practically scrub using Fairy Liquid to remove it. Woke up several mornings afterwards still with panda eyes. What a waste of £17.

My desert island must have!
I heard about this in a popular health and beauty magazine, and I am so glad I tried it. It does what it says! I have short, paler lashes and the longest I have left this on is 3 weeks, with a little top up most mornings. I haven't had panda eyes and it gives me natural coverage, which I can add to if I want. Thank you for stocking this M&S, and please don't stop!!

I saw this advertised and was so excited, couldn't wait to buy it. But, oh what a disappointment! It is extremely difficult to remove and I awoke with panda eyes each morning. It was not cheap, so I feel that I have wasted a lot of money. I am now back with my trusty brand, it's also waterproof but much better quality.

This mascara has changed my life! I'm almost 60 and, unfortunately, half the lashes on one of my eyes are now white so I have to wear mascara every day. Before I discovered this marvellous product, despite trying many 'waterproof' mascaras, by lunchtime I always had panda eyes … but not anymore! One coat covers all my white lashes and it stays, and stays and stays on. The longest I've left it on so far was 3 days, with just a little re-application each morning. Now I remove it every second day using a 'proper' makeup remover, followed by a sweep of toner. Of course you have to use 'proper' makeup remover to get it off; that only proves how 'semi-permanent' it is! Whoever it was at Marks & Spencer who brought this mascara from Italy, please stand up and take a bow … I thank you‼ And please make sure you have plenty stock because I'll be buying some more.
