How many guests will this sandwich platter feed?
Our 30-piece platter is portioned as five quarters of each of the six fillings and is suited to roughly 6 to 10 guests at a buffet.
How many of each sandwich filling are included?
You get five pieces each of prawn mayonnaise, roast chicken breast with smoked British bacon, smoked British bacon with vine ripened tomatoes and lettuce, egg mayonnaise with watercress, Farmhouse Cheddar and Red Leicester with red onions, and smoked ham with mustard mayonnaise.
Is any part of this platter suitable for vegetarians?
The egg mayonnaise with watercress and the cheese and onion varieties are individually suitable for vegetarians. The platter as a whole is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, since it also contains meat and prawns.
Which allergens does this sandwich platter contain?
This platter contains gluten (wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans, egg, milk and mustard. It may also contain traces of fish.
Can I serve this straight from the pack at a buffet?
Our table-presentable packaging means the platter needs no replating before serving. The sandwiches are cut into triangular quarters and are ready to eat.
How should I store this platter before serving it?
Keep it refrigerated between 0°C and +5°C. Consume it by the day after collection, and note that it is not suitable for freezing.
