Look to the pedicured feet of any fashion editor, model or blogger this summer and you’ll instantly spot a trend: double-strap sandals have made a comeback. Marni and Givenchy made them a certified hit on the spring/summer 2014 catwalks, and with comfort upping their cause, they have become the style to be seen in this season. Plus, they go with absolutely everything. Swimwear and denim shorts are a given, but slip (or slide) them on with cropped trousers, boyfriend jeans, midi or mini skirts, floaty day dresses, smart shifts, culottes... I could go on. The point is, you’ll be surprised at how brilliantly versatile they are. This is a trend with serious legs, so why not toe the line and glide this way – I guarantee you’ll be living in them all summer long.
