Boys' Pleat Front Trousers with Supercrease™ in Shorter & Longer Lengths with Stormwear+™

My Son is very tall and its a tall order trying to get clothing to fit him. I have bought the extra long size and is quite generous compared to the long size. The waist adjuster is ideal as I have to put it on its 6th hole to get them to fit without them falling down, so a mammoth task I have. These trousers are the best to accommodate our needs and would certainly recommend. Wash lovely too.

Like the trousers very much ,just wish we could purchase some more of the same size ,had to purchase longer length then had to pay £10 to have them taken up to the same size as the one pair we were allowed to purchase .

Our 3 year old son is very small for his age. generally he is in 18-24 months, so trying to find a pair of school trousers was a nightmare. Thankfully someone told us to try M&S. These short length trousers are ideal. We still have to tighten the elastic up to the last button for the waist to fit, but they are great.

Wish they'd do school trousers for chunky kids, my sons big but not that big and the M and S trousers always come up small.

I purchased these for my grandson who is extremely pleased with them. It is really good to have a choice of lengths when buying school trousers.

Managed to get them on 70% sale so i am very happy.

I bought 4 pairs of these 2 in black and 2 in grey. The grey ones have been fine, however I had to return a black pair when they arrived as the hem had holes in the material (it looked like the needle from the machine had been pulling the fabric when it was coming out.) then I had to return the other black pair after about 4 wears as the fabric was all fraying down the seam.

Where is your stock? I have been buying these trousers in my local store for 8 years now until this year when I was told they were now only available on-line. Why? If your child is out of the normal size range then you kind of want to go to a store and try them on! Instead we had to try on loads of standard sized trousers to ascertain the waist size and length size and then consult your on-line size charts to work out what we needed. It was so much easier holding a pair of trousers up to your child before taking them in the changing room! There was always limited stock of these products in store but we could always top up our needs on-line and have them delivered to our local food hall! Not any more. I can't buy them in a store and I can't buy them on-line either. Maybe your stock problems are a direct result of you removing them from stores... thousands of Mums ordering several sizes to try on at home... whatever it is, please sort it out!

I managed to buy 4 pairs of these trousers for my 15 yr old son, but after only a few wears of each pair, the stitching at the gusset has come undone on one pair. It is not down to a sizing issue, in fact I bought larger than necessary to allow for growing room. I had the same problem last summer but didn't worry too much as it was the end of term. I am not impressed and will be trying to get a refund. However, getting replacement trousers does not look as though it is going to be easy as M&S hardly have any stock left!

These are excellent trousers, but my 4 year old grandson who is slim, has to have a size 2-3 years, but in long length.

Due to a stock control problem I was only able to order two pairs of boys extra length trousers. The first pair he wore were great, they looked good and appeared to be good quality. However the second pair he wore, we discovered on the way to school, had not been stitched on the gusset. Therefore we had to make a hasty retreat home to hand sew them as the other pair where in the washing machine. I have tried to order another pair online and there are none available. I have been told that there is another pair in the Trafford Centre (an hour's drive away) but I have to collect them! So I am unable to return the faulty trousers! I feel totally let down by marks and spencers and will be looking elsewhere for school uniform in future.

I bought a pair of these trousers in shorter length for my son, age 13, who has a long body but short legs! They are a perfect fit! I went to buy another pair a week later and they are no longer available! Please bring these back - I can buy longer length trousers anywhere but shorter length is almost impossible.
