Chocolates very nice Unfortunately Roses somewhat knarled around the edges with petals falling off next day, clipped stems and added plant food but were not displayable after day 4, quite disappointing.

I ordered the flowers about a week before Valentine’s Day and they turned up to my girlfriends work at 4.50 pm. She finished work at 5 so was lucky thy arrived in time. I could understand if I ordered these the day before but I ordered them with plenty of time before the big day. I was very disappointed as I wanted them to arrive at a reasonable time on the day. I know they state beforehand any time between 7am and 7pm and that’s fair enough. I won’t be using them again!!!

Ordering was easy, however, when the flowers arrived on Valentines Day, the bottom of the box was soaking wet and some of the roses looked like they had some sort of fungal disease on them. Just expected a little bit more from M&S.

The roses appeared a little dark at first however once unwrapped they really were stunning. The photographs do not do them justice. Lightly scented and now a week old they are still just as lovely. I would also like to add that I have ordered numerous bouquets and arrangements for all occasions and not once have they failed to meet expectations. Very good value.

The roses were brilliant and opened out to look superb. The chocolates were also very tasty. the disappointment was when they arrived the water from the bag had leaked and the chocolate box was ruined which was disappointing for a valentine gift.

I did not actually see this as it was delivered to a friend 180 miles away. She called to tell me how pleased she is with the gift. The roses were tight buds on arrival, and after 5 days they had opened & were large blooms.
