Produced by the family-owned Devoille distillery in Fougerolles, France, this complex authentic absinthe is made from a secret blend of locally sourced plants, seeds and herbs, including wormwood, green aniseed, coriander, fennel and angelica. La Charlotte is a genuine distilled absinthe, produced entirely in Fougerolles from local plants and herbs. Each botanical is distilled separately and blended according to the family’s time-honoured recipe. No flavourings or no colouring are added.
