• ABOUT THIS WINE: An excellent example of modern white Burgundy, this wine is unoaked and has an emphatically fruit-driven, fresh character. It was made from 100% Chardonnay from the warm Maconnais region in the south of Burgundy. The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats - there was no aging in the barrel - so that the clean, fruity flavours are highlighted. The winemaker was Georges Brichon of Cave de Prisse
