Well balanced
Yes, I recommend this
This is a really good unoaked chardonnay- restrained use of fruit avoids the overpowering tinned pineapple taste of many South American chardonnays. Great on its own or with food - will buy again

A very nice wine. A pleasant drink with a meal, or winding down after a day's work.

Excellent chardonnay, the best I have had for a long time, I will certainly hope you continue to stock this item, as sometimes things are taken off your listings unfortunately

Crisp elegant white
Yes, I recommend this
This is an unoaked chardonnay so quite different from the buttery oaked chardonnays from places like Australia. This is all for the better I think as I find the oaked chardonnays too rich for my taste. I am a great fan of wines from Argentina and although the red Malbecs are easy to find the whites can be harder to source in the UK.. Therefore I was pleased to see that M&S stock this good example of chardonnay from Argentina. Just need M&S to stock a Torrontes now which is an equally good white from Argentina. Vinalta is a light, crisp and elegant wine that goes well with fish, seafood and chicken salad.

I wish I'd bought more!
Yes, I recommend this
I don't often buy Argentinian white but this was excellent value with the offer. I found it very smooth with a lingering taste and really enjoyed it. The alcohol content is rather high - always worrying for the liver and the weight - but it didn't taste "strong" like some of the Aussie Chardonnays do. Perhaps because it is un-oaked. Looks like it appeals more to the middle-aged woman than the young man!

Very lacking
No, I don't recommend this
if you are looking for a wine that is lacking in flavour and character then this is the wine for you! Hardly anything on the nose, absolutely zilch on the palate and a finish that leaves you wishing you'd spent your £6 on a loaf of bread and a few pints of milk instead!
