Boys' Pleat Front Supercrease™ Trousers in Shorter & Longer Lengths with Stormwear+™

These trousers are great for my boys with long legs. My(or should I say my boys) only complaint is that the pockets on this years trousers are smaller than last years. Boys put everything in their pockets,so as they are not as deep things are more likely to fall out.

Good to find a longer length trouser, which doesn't mean having to get a much larger pair for an older child.

The adjustable waist allows reduction from the generous waist size of these trousers. My tall/slim 12 yr old needs to gather the waistband by 5cms +. Inspite of this the trousers still appear smart and hang well. They wash well and require minimal ironing.

Excellent school trousers as always. I buy these because they come in a longer length but still have an adjustable waist for my tall slim boys - not all kids are obese! Wear & wash well, minimal ironing if any needed.

I purchased these for my 10 year old as I was unable to purchase trousers that would fit waist and be the correct leg length. Only after a few times wearing them the hem has dropped, one of the seams and come apart and they have a stain which cannot be removed. Also ironing them is a nightmare! Very disappointed!

I have always bought m&s school trousers for my 14 year old son. He is very tall and slight. I recently bought an age 14 long and must say they are such a perfect fit for these long legs and thin waist. Great quality too. Just wash and tumble and then fold into drawer. Fantastic Product.

Have found these true to size and my son is delighted with the big boy clip and zip on his age 7 trousers. My one comment would be that they are very wide in the leg. He had slim-fit last year and will be again next time. He is average sized but there is a lot of material in the leg. Length was perfect and lots of waist gathering room. Will keep him going for a year unless he ruins them in football!

I ordered a short leg for my 14 year old Son but they were 29 inches long and were way too long for a teenager. I would have expected the short leg to be 26 or 27 inches long not 29 inches long for a short leg. My Dad is tall and he has a 29 inch leg! The lady kindly gave us a refund as she totally understood my point.

good points: good quality, last well, wash well, stay properly black after a few washes, pretty dirt resistant bad points - shrink in tumble dryer, fitting is tight round the bum and thighs, tend to shrink after a few washes - even at 30 degrees.

these trousers are always good quality, hardly need any ironing, a quick tumble dry usually does it. They're so useful to me, having a tall skinny son with the adjustable waist and different lengths available I can always get a good fit.

I've bought these before and they last and last and last! Well worth the money!

Good quality trousers. Fit well and look smart. Machine washable , can tumble dry, crease stays in. available in a selection of lengths and with adjustable waist. Great price...even better when M&S have their school uniform offers on! I think these are the best boys school trousers out there What is not to like??

Now the slim fit is no longer available (why?) the longer length option available in this style just about does the trick for my not very tall but slim 10 yr old (I got age 8 in longer length). It's a good compromise but the style is still baggier than he would like in an ideal world. M&S you need to keep doing the slim fit style - lots of kids are skinny too! Wear and tear still to be tested in this particular pair but generally I find they wear them out before they grow out of them.

My 15 year old twins are very tall (6' 3") so the long length is perfect . These school trousers wash and iron well and the pleat stays put through a whole year of washing and ironing. The trousers usually last a whole school year - they haven't this time due to the boys growing more! I like that the trousers, even for age 16, still have the feature on the waistband that allows the trousers to be adjusted.
