    Collection from a participating store

    This service is free of delivery charge.

    You will be able to choose your collection day when you place your order, usually from 12 noon tomorrow.

    Please note: after 7 days, unclaimed orders will be returned to stock and we will refund your payment.

    When you collect your order, you will need to give your name, home address and email address or telephone number.

    Another person can collect the order for you; they'll need to bring a copy of your order summary and answer the same questions for security.

    It would be helpful if you could bring a printout of your order summary as proof of purchase when you collect your order.

    This service costs £3.50 for standard delivery which takes 3–5 days, usually 3.

    Next or nominated day delivery is £4.95.

Shop Your Way Next Day Delivery Terms and Conditions

Order in store or online at marksandspencer.com by 12pm for FREE next day delivery to a participating M&S store of your choice. Your order will be delivered to your selected store for collection from 12 noon the following day. Service includes Sunday† and Bank Holiday orders/collections (except where listed). If you place your order after the 12pm order deadline, it will be available for collection two days after the order is placed (e.g. an order placed after 12pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12 noon on Wednesday).

Where you see this symbol on a product page, that item is available for free next day store delivery. Bedding, small electricals, stationery, kitchenware, bespoke school uniform, bathroom and books (items with a T35, T68, T21, T34, T93, T36 or T79 product code), plus all Food to Order items are not currently available for next day delivery to store. See below for a list of excluded products. Full delivery options will be provided at the point of ordering. Please see individual product pages for details. Next day delivery is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that your order will be available for next day collection in all circumstances. If your ordered products need to be sent from different warehouse locations your order may not be available for next day delivery.

During peak periods, we may not be able to fulfil next day delivery due to order volumes – you will be advised of any availability issues when placing your order. You can collect your order from the Customer Collection Desk in store from midday the day after placing your order. Please remember to bring your order confirmation with you. After 7 days, unclaimed orders of clothing, beauty and homeware will be returned to stock and we''ll refund your payment. †Some stores are closed on Sundays.
