  This service is free of delivery charge.

  You will be able to choose your collection day when you place your order, usually for around 3 days later.

  Please note: after 7 days, unclaimed orders will be returned to stock and we will refund your payment.

  When you collect your order, you will need to give your name, home address and email address or telephone number.

  Another person can collect the order for you; they'll need to bring a copy of your order summary and answer the same questions for security.

  It would be helpful if you could bring a printout of your order summary as proof of purchase when you collect your order.

  This service costs £3.50 for standard delivery which takes 3–5 days, usually 3.

  Next or nominated day delivery is £4.95.
