I was looking forward to getting these shoes. When they arrived, I loved the colour and the heels. However, they were cheap and plastic looking. They were also very small. They seemed to have so much potential but came up very short!

Although the style is excellent, the quality and fit of the shoes is poor. I wore the shoes for one day and ended up with swollen feet and blisters. The shoes are not comfortable at all and the material is of a poor quality. Sadly, I will not be keeping them.

I wanted shoes that were the fashionable and flattering pale beige colour. As I can't wear high heels these shoes are perfect. Plus the heels in silver are really nice. They are quite cheap and I don't think they will last longer than this summer. However, they are just what I wanted. I would recommend them to other ladies who need lower heels with style.

Good comfort on the sole and heel. It is true to size and the contrasting white heels with the nude makes it pretty pair to take you through the summer. M&S, could we have this type of heel in more colours ( in leather please).

Lovely shoes and nice fit but the plastic is just too hard, I'm not even sure if they can be broken in and who wants to do that anyway! I would have preferred leather or a softer plastic please! Had to return them unfortunately.

A great style but poor comfort

I ordered these as after a car accident with injuries to both feet I can now only wear low heel shoes but I like to find trendy ones as I am not old enough for granny shoes yet! These shoes look brilliant and are very stylish. However, the front part of the shoe does not come down as far as to cover your toes and you need to keep sliding up them to get more of a grip. Difficult to explain. The edge outline of the shoes are quite hard and feel "plasticky" and I think will need wearing in to soften the hard edges but they look like they could cause a few blisters first! Will try them with tights first to wear them in before attempting bare foot, but as they are I solid I thought they would be a more comforting fit.
