Plus Fit Boys' Pleat Front Trousers with Stormwear+™

my son has found these trousers to be very comfortable, and enough width in the leg as he has filled out a bit as a teenager. the extra elastic in the waist band is very helpful when a growth stage of a teenager is difficult to cater for before the leggy growth spurt.

Sadly not the "PlusFit" as they were disrcribed. Found these to be very small on the waist. Was hoping that they would be wider in the thigh and larger on the wasit and not so long in the leg. Would have been better buying a big age of a normal fit trouser and cutting the bottoms off (again).

Tousers needed taking up a little bit- but other than that, looked smart, comfortable and are hard-wearing. Excellent value.

Ordered one pair to see how they fit, now ordering two more.

bought these to replace my sons other trousers, they are slightly on the long side but i was expecting that (i want them to last longer than 2-3 months), they wash and iorn great and my son says they fit him fantastic

My Grandson badly needed new school trousers but unfortunately his usual brand has undergone a slight "restyle" to make them slimmer in the leg. I ordered these as a last resort and was not disappointed! I did have to shorten them a couple of inches but that was no problem. Thank you M&S for providing an alternative to what's on offer everywhere else!

The waist on these was ok for my stocky 8yr old but would need to cut loads of the leg, as ususal with most trousers, as he wears them well below the hips. The adjustable button elastic is good on the 11yr old size but was suprised to find a different style of non-adjustable elastic on the 12yr old size. What a shame they do not advertise this change, it would have saved me a lot of bother.

My son already has these trousers exactly the same size and design code on label the same but the new ones come up 2 inches smaller i measured them

I have had great difficulty in finding trousers to fit my son, he is slighty on the larger size and most standard trousers do not fit. I was pleased to find these torusers were of good quality and a comfortable fit, if anything they were a little too wide around the waist and so made use of the adjustable waistband. I found the leg length to be slightly longer than standard length trousers so had to take them up a little. Overall very pleased with purchase.

These trousers fit perfectly; they are exactly what we were looking for, with a pleat at the front which helps mre movement. The material is robust and you can often just sponge any stains off (mud? food?!) instead of washing them every day.

My son has very large rugby prop forward-sized thighs. All other large sizes seem to be large in waist, not in cut. These are better - reasonable waist and more upper leg-room which is excellent.

Great fit, wash really well and need little ironing. Fab buy

I chose these as the age 9 trousers that my son had last term were fine lengthwise but too tight around his waist (he's a tall 6 year old). So I thought I'd order the plus fit in age 9 again but they arrived considerably longer and so had to be taken up. Surely Plus-size should mean they are more generous around the wais/thighs but not length?!
