2 Pair Pack Cable Design Knee High Socks

Nice colours. Good design and gernerous in length so can actually pull them up to just above the knee on me.Bought some M & S socks just like these last winter & they are wearing really well , wash well and keep their shape and hopefully these will be the same as they look like the same quality.

I usually suffer from very cold feet, so these are a great addition to my winter wardrobe. I am surprised how much warmth they retain as they aren't very thick, and this also means I can wear them comfortably with boots. They stay up well, but they do stretch out after a while, so if you wanted to wear them a second time before washing them, I've found just doubling over the top elastic part helps them to stay up. Overall I have no complaints about these socks and very happy warm feet.

My daughter was looking for a lovely warm pair of socks to keep her snug in her boots. This fitted the bill perfectly. I was nearly going to go with a more expensive competitor but I found these to be excellent value (so far). She loves the colours, design and feel. I have yet to wash them.

I've only worn them once so far, but they were extremely warm and stayed up (but I dont have skinny calves by any means!) They also look fab over skinny jeans or under boots. Would recommend.

The socks are lovely and soft. However, they don't stay fully up - although this may be due to the fact that I have quite skinny legs! I'm not 100% sure about their thermal qualities - I have got other socks that keep me much warmer than these. They look good, but as I wear them under trousers this isn't appreciated by anyone else!

These socks are lovely and warm but they do fall down. I do have slim legs so maybe that's the problem but having said that I did buy the same socks last year and they don't fall down. Will have to wear them in bed when I get fed up with pulling them up.

Great socks, lovely and warm. Bought them to wear to go to my pilates class now its cold. I have not tried them with my boots yet but I find they stay up no problem.

I like these socks and they are lovely and warm but they do not stay up. My legs aren't that skinny, I'd say average, and I have given up on them now......I am Nora Batty of the sock world. But hey, no one can see with trousers on, and they are lovely are warm. I do think £9.50 is a bit spicey though for a pair of socks called knee high when in reality they are calf high :)

Have just worn these on a cold and snowy day in northern Norway. Kept my feet beautifully warm.

I bought these socks last year, they are just the perfect balance of soft thick wooliness and stretch, but not too thick. A great length, some knee socks can be skimpy and slip beneath the top of boots but these do not. I was gutted to find I'd lost one of a pair, so came online on the off-chance there might be something similar to buy, but was delighted to find them on sale again.

I bought these last year,as was so thrilled with them, i thought i wouyld buy them again. Just as thrilled, they fit well, dont wrinkle down, dont wear at the heel or toe(when worn with boots), and are brillaint for weraing with thermals,and /or leggings when the weather turns. They are not too big for my size 6 feet,and they are not too tight on the leg either. They wash up well,although I dont tumble dry mine, so I dont know whether they would shrink if one were to do so. They are soft and not at all itchy next to the skin and kept my feet cosy all through the bad winter last year! Lets hope these do the same! brilliant buy!

Beautifully made and exactly what I was looking for: soft knee length wool socks, fine enough to wear inside knee boots or skinny jeans but nice enough to be on display if I choose. At the pricepoint, they're good value too so I hope they wear well. Well done, M&S. These socks are size 4-7, in case anyone was wondering as it's not currently stated in the description.
