Gel Insole

I love these, they are comfy, and thus far the best insoles that I have found. If they were cheaper, I would put them in every pair of my shoes and not just the pretty ones!

Really comfy when wearing high heels but I agree with other reviews, it's a shame they are stick on as then they can only be used for one pair.

The insole didn't slip, kept my foot nicely cushioned and definitely lengthened the amount of time I could wear them. I'm not going to say these are a genuine miracle, but then I went ceilidh dancing and it's perhaps not fair to judge in that context. I do know that without these I would have been crippled as opposed to in minor discomfort so they're definitely worth a shot if you, like myself, have no high-heel tolerance.

I have always thought these were expensive as they stick in the shoes so are not transferable.They are also somewhat short for a size 7 shoe,but they are the best I have tried & I have several pairs.As well as cushioning the foot they stop the foot sliding forwards as sometimes happens with heels.

These insoles provide great support when wearing high heels. They are also great with flat shoes and sandals that are not cushioned. I cannot find them anywhere in Luxembourg (not even in Germany), which is why I order them from M&S. The price is great too. Definetely recommend!

I have bought enough of these to go into all my shoes and even boots (although they are quite tricky to get into boots). I have recommended these to anyone who'll listen. I find them much better than the normal gel inserts which only cover the ball of your foot. Fantastic when your wanting to wear your fave heels on a night out and not return home in agony.

Ideal but one size doesn't exactly fit all, were a bit short for my size 7 feet but got me through a wedding!

I bought these insoles for a new pair of sling back heeled shoes to be worn at a wedding - I normally wear low/flats. I can't praise them enough - they worked brilliantly, enabling the shoes to 'stick' to my feet when otherwise they may not have, not to mention cushioning both heel and ball of foot. Although I thought them expensive for what they were, I would not have managed without them. Good on you, M&S!!

I have to walk a lot round the city and high heels are just out of the question, but these insoles are exactly what I've been looking for: myfeet are not killing me any longer at night! Do recommend!

These insoles glue in, so are not transferrable, but they stay in place perfectly and do not budge! Very comfortable and makes me forget that I'm wearing heels! I put them in a pair of stilettos I could wear for maybe an hour or two before the balls of my feet would burn. Now that they're in, I can wear these heels all night!

Excellent product - made such a difference when I was wearing party shoes to a wedding do. Kept me comfortable all the way through. Well worth the few pounds, and I know that the shoes I added them to will always be comfortable.

I bought these as I was going to a wedding where I would be wearing high heeled shoes. I found these helped throughout the day. In fact I cannot recall thinking about my feet once all day!!!
