Quality table and chairs
Beautiful quality as expected from M&S - they didn't let me down. The delivery men were superb. Put a carpet down before walking in. Busily got on with the job in hand. Checked everything. Explained how to extend the table. Chairs carefully unwrapped. And extremely pleasant, even though we are difficult to find as we are a new build and not on maps yet! Good humoured, polite and efficient...all this at 7.30 am. Wonderful service and my table and chairs are exactly as described. Well done, M&S another quality product.

Table and 4 chairs were delivered around 6.45 a.m. last Saturday! Fortunately we were up as expecting 7-9 am delivery. Very impressed with quality of furntiure as having just moved house and buying new items have found most damaged or incomplete on arrival. All from M&S were in perfect condition and the delivery men gave an excellent service in unpacking the furniture, putting legs on the table and removing all the packaging. I couldn't fault them and would hightly recomend the product, especially as we took advantage of a 20% discount.

Took delivery of the Padstow table and 6 chairs last week. After searching for a considerable time we decided on this product. I am so glad we did. Really good quality. Looks really good in our new extension, finishes off the room. Really pleased with this purchase. Delivery service was also excellent.

Poor quality, poor service!
Excitedly received this table and six chairs, only to be sorely disappointed that the table and five of six chairs had damaged paintwork ranging from scuffs to full on cracks on one of the chairs.
We were initially advised they would be replaced within 7 days as per the original delivery, to then be told it would take 3 weeks to be replaced due to extra 'checks'... What checks can take so long when all I want is for them not to be damaged in the factory or in transit before they arrive!?!?
Poor M&S, very poor and I'm left extremely unimpressed with being fobbed off by customer services with 'that's the process' it is just not good enough for a company that supposedly prides itself on a quality product and service.
