great medium sized table great price

To be fair we bought this table in November as it was cheap and cheerful. When it arrived I was pleased as it fitted in nicely with the decor but found very soon that within the space we had it wasn't very practical (my own fault obviously). For this reason the table has hardly been used (I tend to put the washing on it to sort out and the kids have sat at it not maybe dozen times!). Therefore, that is why I felt the urge to write this review now. The table is in terrible condition, there are marks that just won't wipe off and some of the paint has chipped off. I cant understand why the quality is so bad. I have bought all my living room and bedroom furniture from M & S over the years and ahave been more than happy with the quality. I can't believe the reviews are so positive and personally I can only put this down to the reviews being written within days of purchase or have I just purchased a one off poor item?

Well worth the price . Good size for small kitchen or breakfast room

Although I feel I'm sat at a cafe table I still think this table is good value. We purchased this table principally because of it's size & colour to fit into our newly completed black & white styled kitchen - we have colour accessories and it fits in perfectly! The table is sturdy and wipes clean easily - not had it long enough to comment on wear & tear. It's a little heavier than our last table, so more sturdy especially with four corner legs. All in all we are pleased with our purchase.

I wasn't sure whether to purchase the table after reading the reviews. I'm really glad that l decided to purchase the table. It looks fab!!!!

Nice table but I don't think it is worth the money but there isn't a lot of choice out there if you want a compact table and chairs to fit in a small kitchen. We got the black chairs to match but they seem to show the marks quite easy and we haven't even used it yet.

We wanted something a little smaller to create some space in our kitchen. This is great for space saving. Good quality for the money and easy to put together. Really pleased with the item. Excellent service from M&S too with super fast delivery over the Christmas and new year period!

Hi got the table and chairs to match for a Xmas present for my daughter. We got 2 white chairs and 2 green. Looks fantastic and works well in her small kitchen/living space. Highly recommend. Only issue is it will mark easily but for the money it's a great buy!

This table came with a dent to the side and top so took it back to the store and ordered another one the 2nd one came with dents on the side. I am not happy with the quality of this product, its not what you expect from M & S.

This table was the exact size we were looking for and it was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Although the style looks good, it is quite awkward to place the Toronto chairs, which we also bought, underneath it when not in use. The arched shape of the legs become entangled in the chair legs. However, we are still pleased with the purchase.

Received table today , it was well packed but damaged. The top was of poor quality and finish. This table is just not worth the money, there are better tables available from that well known Swedish store at half the price. This aside, I was very pleased with the way M&S dealt with my concerns , the refund and pickup.

easy to assemble,quick delivery - but would have been even better if I'd been notified that they were being delivered!

This table is great value and stylish. It's not brilliant quality so the white top chips easily but there are clear instructions to encourage you to be careful with it. I built it in one room (on the lounge carpet) and stupidly imagined I could move it into the dining room but of course, it's too big to get through the door and I chipped the corner in my attempt to move it. It looks fantastic with pastel chairs I bought from Ikea sometime ago (similar to the M&S ones pictured in the catalogue with it) and very good value.

Had a table that kept rocking , so when this table arrived very quickly, and it was firm and did not rock was so pleased and had wished I had ordered it sooner.
