Valentine's Be Mine Rose Gift Bag

Bought these for my wife, arrived well packaged but the rose buds were very dark and have never opened. Very dissatisfied customer, not the quality I expect from M&S!

Beautiful Valentine red roses - they look lovely - delivered on time - good value

When the roses arrived they didn't look in a particularly good state. The instructions for their care were followed immediately - cutting the stems, putting them into a vase with clean fresh water and adding the flower food. Unfortunately, within a couple of days most of the flowers had deteriorated and within 5 days they were almost dead. Very, very disappointed having spent a considerable amount of money to a company that prides itself on quality, and this is what was delivered to my wife as a Valentine's gift

We were very disappointed in the 12 roses that was sent. The gyp was a bit of a broken piece about 4" long which was just pushed in the top of the roses. On the day they arrived they didn't look too bad but after that they turned black and never opened. I am an ex florist with over 40 years experience plus I have been a customer of M&S for over 50 years so my husband and I was disappointed with my Valentine present!

Delivered late afternoon with roses already showing signs of distress. Despite great care they lasted only 36 hours before they had to be binned.

Sent these to my wife last week whilst I was offshore.. Got home yesterday to find they had not opened up at all over the last week. My wife and I are disappointed with these flowers and I will not be buying them again. Maybe a bad batch but they also started wilting after 2 days. I regularly use the M&S flower service when I'm away. I haven't had any issues before with M&S flowers until this incident. And yes they were prepared and fed correctly as per instructions M&S "Care Instructions for Flowers and Plants" http://help.marksandspencer.com/support/products-services/flower-care

Tend to imagine this item to be larger than it actually is- typical man! Nevertheless, a very nice rose, neatly assembled, very presentable and well received on the 14th.

Small buds, very poor quality. Would have paid £5.00 for similar bouquet in supermarket. Had 1 sprig of gyp. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

The roses had obviously been packed days, if not weeks, previously. The blooms were dry and crinkled with brown edges. Despite cutting the stems and placing them in water with the enclosed feed they remained shut and depressing. Will be staying with a local florist in future.

Nice but seemed small. Especially since I could have bought the roses in store for half the price. I liked the bag and ribbon. The Gypsophilia set the red roses off nicely. How long will they last. ..?Your roses used to last three weeks, in same vase in same place. Now they last 11/2 weeks. What has happened?

Whilst both the roses and gypsophila were of a good quality they gave the impression that they had been thrown together with no thought of presentational style. Such a shame as it spoilt the effect of the gift.

Disappointing to say the least. Flowers looked old on arrival and not value for money. In the past the standards had been higher.

Very small bouquet. Not as expected poor

Having paid £25 for a bouquet I was expecting it to look like photo and it to look like a full bunch of roses. The bouquet looked empty and the roses didnt look fresh. I was disappointed especially for price I had paid. They looked same size to a bouquet I saw in store for only £16. So even though you offer free delivery I felt this product was heavily over priced and not sold as seen.
