I send fruit from M&S to my granddaughter, always arrives on time. This time not delivered unfortunately she was ill and needed it did not arrive. I phoned M&S, they reordered, arrived on time. Fruit as always good quality and selection. Would highly recommend despite this one blip at a busy time of year.

I had an egift voucher and bought the seasonal fruit selection because I thought it looked very appealing. Sadly, when it arrived, apart from the grapes, nothing was ripe or even close to being ready for eating. The mango was severely bruised so inedible, the pineapple was ripe within 2 days but the bananas and pears took 6 days to ripen and the apples are so hard they are not at all pleasant to eat. Once the bananas had finally ripened they only lasted two days before they started to go soft and only good for cooking with. I won't be buying again
