Globe Glass Pendant

We ordered the first one and it wasn't until the light was up and the light on that we could see that it was very scratched. We took this back and were given another one, this one wouldn't hang evenly. We thought after a couple of days it would correct itself, unfortunately it didn't. When we took it down we could see that the top which screwed in to the light fitting was very uneven. We were sent a third one and this one was also uneven, the only way we could get it to look reasonable was to not screw it too tightly. I kept it because I loved it so much and couldn't find anything else that I liked as much. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Glass had air bubbles in it. Red colour looked as though it had been painted on and had bits missing. Did not hang straight. Glass edge at bottom had small chips around it. Returned item for a refund.

This is a really nice light but ours was very scratched and had to be returned. Probably would show every little mark and smudge due to the style of the lamp !!

This lamp looks lovely before it's up but after a frustrating hour trying to fit this, we finally found out that it only gives off a dark red light other than a small spot underneath which makes it blinding to look at in the dark room. The lamp would not sit straight and I now see someone else had the same problem, so as we suspected it is a generic design fault. There was also limited room in the fitting to manoeuvre to get the fuse wires in. Hugely disappointing, and I will try to get my money back despite the massive hassle of changing the light again.

loved the light but it looks better when the light is off than on, as turns the room very red. Do really like it but not worth the money.

The light itself is stylish, contemporary and perfect for a kitchen/diner. However my husband really struggled when fitting this light, we could not get it to sit straight at all! In fact when I look at it at a certain angle it's still not straight even now! Also fitting it left numerous finger prints which are now incredibly hard to disguise (even after cleaning) particularly when the light is on. If your happy with your kitchen looking like the red-light district in the evening then great, but I was personally very disappointed with this purchase.
