Gel Party Pack

I especially love the heel grips - not sure if they are meant to be transferrable, but I use them again and again in different shoes. They make loose-fitting shoes fit better and work in high heels where there's not enough traction (even if the shoe is the right size) to keep you in. I have a pair of stilettos where my feet keep slipping out, they are not to big, just slippery - and these heel grips work like a charm! I also like the gel spots, they're great for adding to those little areas in shoes that rub. I have a pair of flats, where there's a seam on only the left shoe that rubs badly, I glued in one of these gel spots (I used super glue additionally to really make sure it would stay in place) and voila! No more pain. Haven't found a use for the strips yet.

These are an ideal solution for times when you need to be wearing shoes that may not be 100% comfortable (do they exist!) . The only downside is that when they have been used for several times, they become very discoloured and pick up all possible fluff, so be careful not to take your shoes off in public if wearing them!

Just bought a pair of platform courts that are a perfect fit on bare feet but slip if wear with tights - definately don't want to be leaving them behind on the dance floor when out! This pack is great though I wouldn't recommend the 'heel grips' to be used on the heel area - they just roll up and off as you walk and can stick to the tights, instead position them under the balls of your feet to achieve the fit you need - it lifts your foot up slightly on the bed & then fills that little extra gap at the back of the heel - the shoes stay much better & theres no risk of the gel strip peeping out from the back of your heel. Easy to remove and re-position if swapping between bare feet and tights & not as bulky as the larger gel pads.
