Lovely boots. Only issue is they come up REALLY large. I am normally a size 4-4.5, and I ended up having to order a size 3 for these to fit comfortably wearing tights or thin socks. Because they are leather they have stretched a little and now they are even too big wearing tights, so I need to wear normal to thickish socks. Order the size smaller than normal if you want to avoid returning!

Really comfortable and stylish with it. And a big thank you to the reviewers who reiterated that it might be a good idea to buy a size smaller, which is what I did too and consequently have boots that fit perfectly! I am normally a size 5 but decided to heed the advice and I went for a size 4.5. I live in a remote part of Italy and to return the boots would have been a bit of a hassle, so thanks to the reviewers, I have saved myself a trip and am also the owner of a perfectly fitting pair of boots!

These are my first pair of boots from M&S and the quality is great. Agree with the other comments, go down half a size but very comfortable and stylish. I've received many compliments on them!! Enjoy!!

I normally wear a size 6 - 6 1/2 but ordered size 5 1/2 and these fit beautifully and are still roomy. I would have preferred these to be leather and would have paid more if they were, but these look great anyway and are extremely comfortable and are on trend too. My teenage daughter likes them too. I wear these with skirts and dresses or skinny jeans - they look good with either.

I ordered these on line, usually a M&S. 61/2 fits me well, however these were like boats couldn't have worn them even with thick socks. Really nice looking boots but you'll need wide feet and get up to a size smaller. My sister who takes 5/ 51/2 ended up with the same boots in a 4 1/2.

The size was wrong and I had to take them all the way back into Cardiff I should have checked in store but when I wanted something else there was absolutely nothing in size 7 so went elsewhere.

I bought these boots in store i read the reviews before i bought the boots .I did buy a half size smaller as stated in other people's comments the size's are very generous, They look great on & so comftable they look good with jeans. Just wish they did them in real leather but for the price they are a great bargain. Well done marks & spencer. very pleased. ;~)

I loved the look of the boots the moment I saw them. Perfect for work and leisure. They didn't have a size 6 (my size) so tried a 5.5 and actually they fit very well! I plan on wearing these with tights to go with dresses/skirts so this was perfect for me. But I would advise if you plan to wear socks to get your true size to allow the space! They are very comfy with the nice lining and small wedge heel. I normally have to get wide shoes, but these fit perfectly and are not snug on the ankles which I think slims them. I agree with the other reviews, I'm slightly gutted they're not leather.

Love these boots. They do come up big so go down a half size. They are very comfortable. My only gripe is that they are not leather uppers, what a shame. I would have paid more for leather.
