An itchy bra

This is a lovely 'feel good' bra but where the straps are attached to the body of the bra at the back, there is a very scratchy bit of stiff tape which itched all day and left little red marks on my back. As this bra is a good fit (as are the matching knickers) and I really like it, I have sewn a little piece of soft ribbon over the scratchy tape which makes it ok to wear without the itch. This is a design fault with this particular bra which needs to be addressed, all the other bras I bought at this time are fine and do not itch.
