The boots arrived when stated, although the email said I could track order which only said they would arrive between 7am & 9pm before 16th. The boot quality was very good and they fit well, but are a 'large 4' so not good if bought for narrow feet/calves. My daughter loved them and they look well made so she won't grow out of them quickly.

I bought this boots for my girl from our local M&S. The quality and design are great! It was a bit difficult to get the foot in initially, but after a couple of days she has no problem with it at all. My daughter absolutely loves them! I have been looking for some real leather boots for her for quite a while. This price is simply unbeatable!

These boots are far too narrow, even going up a size made no difference. Please M & S start catering for all widths and introduce some wide fitting shoes and boot's to your children's shoes.

ordered these as bought leather black boots from here for last 2 years and they were brilliant. These are not knee high and there is not another choice apart from a pair which have a heel. Not practical for a 9 year old who wants to wear them for school. Bring back last years design please!

If you are looking for black leather knee high boots for your daughter do not order these. So disappointed - ordered on line - similiar to ones I got last year (which do not have a mark on them). Sorry - they have to go back as they are NOT knee high (more like a long ankle boot) and do not look good on at all...

Bought these online after purchasing something very similar last year. I knew they would not be knee high as in the description, and I was right. They are a bit bigger than ankle boots, which I would have been more than happy with. The quality didn't seem as good as what you expect from M&S either. But the main disappointment is that they were so narrow, couldn't even get foot in, so they had to go straight back. The only plus is that they were a nice style, and a good price for leather boots, compared to similar priced cheap synthetic material boots.

Not a knee high boot

Ordered these boots on line so only had pictures to go by. Unfortunately the product received is not as advertised. At best I would describe these as a high ankle boot. They are 8 inch from heel to top of boot and should be about 14.
