  On the island of Sicily, vines enjoy ideal conditions. Long, hot summers and mild winters ensure perfectly ripe grapes with bags of fruit. Local winemaker Edigio Finazzer knows the terrain well and never fails to produce delicious wines. When making this classic Pinot Grigio, he was careful to retain all the natural fruit vibrancy but also aged it for a brief spell to add some weight and roundness to the texture.
