How can I place an order?

You can place your order in any of these ways:

  • Order online or from your mobile for delivery to UK addresses and selected international destinations as well as for collection from participating UK stores
  • Order by phone (0845 603 1 603) for UK delivery and collection from participating UK stores
  • Order in participating stores for UK delivery and store collection
  • Order in participating UK stores for selected international destinations

Please note delivery options depend on the items ordered. Also, please be aware that whichever option you choose, product availability will be the same as all the stock comes from the same place. This means that if you cannot find the product, size or colour online, you will not be able to order it by phone or in store either. Please keep checking the website as new products arrive all the time.

    How do I order online?

  • At the product page, select your product (and size, colour and quantity if relevant) and add to your basket
  • Proceed to checkout when you have finished shopping
  • Sign in or register
  • You’ll be taken to the Choose a delivery address page. Here, depending on the items in your order, you may be able to choose whether to have your order delivered (to a home, work or other address in the UK or abroad) or to collect it from a store.
  • Select your delivery service. Where applicable, choose from standard delivery or nominated day delivery to a home or other address. For store collection, choose your preferred store and collection date.
  • Enter any applicable promotion codes you have. Click here to find out more about using a promotion code
  • Enter your payment details and billing address. Please make sure that the billing address is the one registered with your bank for the card you are using.
  • Check your order. You can delete items you no longer want, save them for later or add gift wrap or a gift message.
  • Click the PLACE ORDER button
  • If you have a printer, click the PRINT ORDER DETAILS button to print a summary of your order
  • We will email you to confirm your order but we won’t take payment until your order is ready to send to you

      Ordering Flowers, Plants and Fruit baskets

      Flowers, plants and fruit baskets are available for delivery to a home, work or other address but cannot be collected from a store. Nominated day delivery is included in the price.

      As well as bouquets we offer Flowers by Post, single variety bunches of seasonal flowers. The flowers are packed securely in a box with tissue paper but are not arranged. They are delivered by first class post so a delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Postage is included in the price.

      If you are sending flowers, fruit baskets or plants to a hospital, please check with the hospital first. Some hospitals do not accept deliveries of flowers or fruit.

      Ordering Furniture

      Where can I buy furniture?
      There are 3 easy ways to order furniture:

    • Online

      Shortly after placing your order, we will telephone you to arrange delivery. You will receive a confirmation letter a week before your delivery date. The day before delivery, we will telephone you to agree a 4-hour time slot.

    • In store

      Place your order at a Customer Ordering Point (furniture stores only). Please check with the store for their cancellation and returns policy as this is separate from phone and online ordering.

    • By phone

      0845 603 1 603 8am-11pm, 7 days a weeks (calls are charged at local rate) – please have your address and payment details ready.

      Please check the dimensions of the furniture to make sure it will fit in your home and don't forget to check access too.

      Will it fit?

      Remember to note your furniture's dimensions and check that it will fit. Don't forget to check access too. If the product does not fit, it will be classed as a cancelled order and you will incur costs.

       

      Who can I call if there's a problem with my order?

      A complete furniture sales service is provided by our Furniture Customer Service Team on 0845 7 624 624, Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5.30pm.

      Any quality problems with your order should be pointed out to the delivery agents before they leave. If you notice a problem afterwards, call us within 72 hours of delivery .

       

      Bed Disposal Service

      The cost of this service is £49.50. This service can only be used when ordering a mattress, divan or bedstead.

      You must add this service into your basket at the same time as you order your new mattress, divan or bedstead. The product code is T392959X.

      The collection and disposal of an old or unwanted mattress, divan or bedstead will be on a like-for-like basis. For example, if you order a mattress, we will collect and dispose of a mattress. If you order a mattress and divan, we will collect and dispose of a mattress and divan.

      You will need to disassemble your old product prior to collection. Our trained delivery crew will then seal it and remove it from the room before delivering and installing the new product (providing the new product qualifies for full installation). Our delivery/disposal crews will not collect infested, wet or heavily soiled products and will collect only from the delivery address.

      Once collected, the unwanted product becomes the property of M&S. We will not be able to return it to you after the crew has left the delivery address. This is a non-refundable service. Should you change you mind about this service, your complete order must be cancelled and you will need to reorder your mattress, divan or bedstead. This will affect the delivery timescales of the new product.

      We offer the following food ordering services, available in the UK only:

      • Food to Order. Ideal for catering parties, dinners and celebrations, large or small, formal or casual. Order online or in store and collect your order from a store. Click here for FAQs about Food to Order.
      • lunchtogo. This is a service for our Your M&S for Business customers, ideal for meetings, corporate events or staff lunches. Order online and we’ll deliver to your office or venue. Click here for our lunchtogo site

      Currently, we don’t offer a home delivery service for food.
