I tried these on in the store and then bought them online later - I'm glad I did, as like other reviewers, these shoes came up big. I am normally a standard size 6 but bought a 5.5, which is a perfect fit. They are really good quality, very comfortable and I am really pleased with them. I have mainly worn them with jeans, which takes them from casual to a smarter look. I bought them when there was a promotion, which has made them really good value for a smart leather shoe. Very pleased!

Unfortunately, I had to take this back as it was too big for me and quite wide fitting. Gutted as it looks very stylish and good value for money.

Brought these shoes for work as I stand for long hours and wanted a pair what was comfortable and looked good. Was extremely happy with them .as anyone knows whos brought a pair of footgloves before the problem comes when you revert to wearing your normal shoes, you never relized they were that uncomfortable!!

I bought these shoes instore for myself and my Daughter liked them for the office, so I had to buy another pair for me. They are smart and comfortable.

I bought these to replace a previous pair of foot glove pumps which had worn out. These look great with thick tights and a skirt, or with trousers or jeans. I bought them in black and they go with everything.

Very happy with these shoes very comfy for all day on your feet ! Look very smart with trousers,think I will purchase another pair shame there isn't a larger range of colours.

Loved these shoes, well made with decent soles, pewter colour very versatile, not too fancy for everyday wear but smart enough for going out. Just wish they fit me, very slightly large and front showed base of toes.

When I opened the package I thought the shoes looked too wide, once they were on my feet they were too everything.. my feet felt as though they were swimming in the shoes. Shiny patent look resembled plastic rather than upmarket style. As I had ordered three pairs of shoes this pair was returned.

I love these shoes, I have them in every colour and I'm so thrilled they're available in nude for the summer. Could we have some brighter colours aqua or orange?

Purchased these in the Dark Blue, bought them to wear to work I'm a Head DSA so I'm on my feet most of the day and up and down stairs constantly....these shoes are soooo comfortable and give excellent support for the feet and the soft cushioning inside is an added bonus along with the wide fitting.....chuffed to bits with my purchase well done M&S.

I love this style of pump, as it is comfy and looks good at the same time. I have them in all colours and would love them to bring it out in a white patent for summer and also red patent. The sizing is slightly bigger than usual, but I now know that I must always buy this style half a size smaller. My one criticism is that the top line of the shoe is not consistent and varies from one pair to another. Just being lasted a quarter of an inch lower or higher makes all the difference to the comfort of the shoe. However I love this style so much that am prepared to try several pairs to find one that fits my foot well.

My very wide feet make finding shoes here in Australia nigh on impossible so I am very pleased to now have these pumps in black and navy. Great fit, size just right and seem to be wearing well.

I bought this same style shoe in brown last year so had no hesitation in buying them again. They are lightweight, flexible and comfy just as described.

Am very upset with these shoes, struggle big time trying to find shoes that are comfortable after 2 major operations and on trying them on in the shop thought got something that is comfortable and looks nice, how wrong was I????? Went out in them yesterday for the first time yesterday and heels are cut to ribbons, the back of the shoe is so hard it just digs into the skin making it bleed. A deff thumbs down from me and feel very upset.
