Once again the display is excellent and the flowers quality. However consideration needs to be give to delivery packaging and or packaging itself. This is the second time one of the blooms heads had been detached prior to our delivery

No Aqua pack
I ordered for a friend last week. The bouquet left in the porch. No aqua pack so the flowers wilted slightly. I received roses a month ago. Bouquet left near the gate and I didn't pick it up within 24 hours. NO AQUA PACK included. Roses spoilt. Disappointed with the service.
