My flowers arrived beautifully wrapped and they are gorgeous. Fabulous deep red. They have opened up a bit more but apart from that they look as fresh as when they were delivered. A great gift. No disappointing bits of fern or greenery. Just 12 beautiful deep red roses. A***

Absolute garbage February 14, 2010

These should have been called 'A Dozen Red Rosebuds' because that's what my other half recieved. There's nothing that looks more cheap and nasty looking than a 'bouqet' of buds and unopened flowers. I would expect more from a brand such as M&S and also the fact that you're trusting them to send a good bouqet as you can't pick them out yourself.

Very nice, a dozen lovely fresh upright red roses in good packaging arrived as expected. Yes a smaller delivery window would have been really handy. Lose 1 star for taking the mick becuase its a special occassion like everyone else. Break the mould!
