ABOUT THIS WINE: This wildly intense red comes from gnarly 19-year old vines in the majestic Bekaa Valley, home to Lebanon's finest wines. Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon make up the blend, and winemaker James Palge, who honed his skills in Bordeaux, lets each grape shine. This wine is aged in French oak barrels for a year.

This is a vibrant Greek red with cherry, plum and redcurrant fruit, great depth of flavours and soft, rounded tannins.
ABOUT THIS WINE: Greece's beloved Agioritiko grape is famed for its rich velvety red wines, the best of which are from Nemea. It's been a favourite here since as long ago as 800BC when the Greek poet Homer sung its praises. Winemaker Kostas Mitravelas uses his finest 20-year old Agioritiko vines for this wine and uses no oak for maturation, he lets the grape flavours speak for themselves.
SERVING: The gorgeous savoury, smoky note in this luscious red makes it a great partner for grilled lamb, hearty slow-roast casseroles, wild-boar sausages, or a chunky beef stew with dumplings.
