The kind of shoe I would have had as a staple in my wardrobe back in the day when daily worklife was in an office. Nowadays, heels rarely worn for a reduced business life, but a simple black mid-heel court is still needed now and again for 'smart' dressing occasions, and these fit the bill. I take a size 5E shoe, and despite this style coming from the 'wide' M&S offering, took the precaution of ordering a half size up. Perfect.

Brought for work for smart days when I need to feel comfortable and look professional. Really pleased with them as they are just what I was after. I am a slim fitting size 8, but my local M&S stocks very few size 8's and a wide fit size 7 often does the job.

Bought these shoes to wear in the evenings when lots of walking required. Wore them during a recent trip abroad & they were brilliant. Always have trouble finding comfortable court shoes due to wide feet, but these shoes are great. Normal size is 6 but as these are wider fit, 5.5 fits perfectly. Please please make these shoes in navy blue M & S!

I love these shoes. I wouldn't normally buy wide fit, as my feet are quite narrow but these don't look or feel wide. The suede gives them a really elegant look. The heel is just over 2 inches high, which is ideal for me, as I can't walk in high heels. They are really comfortable; no pinching at the toes and they have padded insoles. I have ordered a 2nd pair for when these wear out, as I have real trouble getting shoes that don't hurt my feet. I wish M&S did other colours in this style!

Neat suede shoes with mid-height heels. They are comfortable because there is good support to the arches. The wide fit is probably only a D fitting rather than very wide.

Based on previous comments I ordered my usual size (6) and a 5 1/2. Both sizes were too big so I returned them and bought a size 5. I find them very comfortable and the heel is just the right height for me. My advice is to order at least 2 sizes smaller!

I found these shoes a little tight across the front which is a bit disappointing as they are wide-fitting. I am hopeful they will stretch with wear but will have to wear them a few times before using them for a holiday to ensure I feel comfortable in them. Smart appearance and good height heel.

I really like these shoes. I always buy footglove wide fit and these fit really well. The height of the heel is also perfect- not too high and not too low. Got lots of compliments on these shoes. My only criticism is that the quality of these shoes aren't as good as I expected. When I walk the shoes squeak where the heel piece attaches to the shoe. I just hope it won't break off,

I used to always find M & S wide fitting shoes to be very comfortable and the correct size but these are the 3rd pair I've sent for recently which have not fitted properly. These shoes are comfortable at the front but very long - smaller size would be tight at the front & I had gone down a half size.

They are comfortable but slightly loose. The fit is at least 4* but I'm unable to rate it as such because of the parameter settings. Only worn them once for 3 hours, so I'm not in a position to comment on value for money as yet. I don't expect to wear them again until after winter as they are suede. I would like to see them in different colours and in leather.
