I am normally a size 4, I tried a 4.5 on in th shop as this was the only size you had. When the 4 arrived i could not get it on my foot, I had to re-order a 4.5. Having now worn them the left foot is big (slips off) and the right is small (tight across my toes). I have never experienced this with previous shoes I have purchased from you or any other supplier.

I bought these shoes for my 18 year old daughter who loves them, so much so I have ordered her another pair in black. I would not call the other colour Red it is more like a burnt orange, just want we wanted.

Nice shoes and style, however, had to return them as I do not like the top of my toes showing when wearing shoes. These shoes are much cut out too much and this spoils the look . They need to cover the top of the toes for a chic look, otherwise they look like a cheap pump . the end of the toes to the top has to cover the beginning of the toes.

I bought this pair online as I had already bought the coral coloured pair which fit fine - however, after just one day of wearing these shoes, I had to curl my toes inside the shoes to keep them on! Fortunately, one of the London stores agreed to give me a credit note for the full amount as it was evident that they had gotten too big after very little wear - so top marks for that, but not for the actual shoes themselves. Like a lot of reviews that seem to be occurring on here now - it's time you got your sizes standardized M&S or you may find you start to lose customers! In the main, I'm usually happy with you, but definitely not this time!
