Panelled Contrast Stitched Pencil Skirt

This is a very odd fitting skirt. If you have a flat seat and a wide waist it might do you OK, but didn't work for me. As a straight skirt, I normally buy a size larger because I prefer an straight skirt to be slightly loose. However the size 14, I originally bought was huge - so I changed it for a 12. The 12 was big around the waist and tummy but tight around the hips. Whatever model it was designed for, they certainly weren't my shape. I'm afraid I took it back.

I have last season's version of this skirt, the dress and jacket and bought this as an extra skirt. The jackets always outlive the bottoms so I always do this to make the combination last longer. I found last season's skirt sizing to be hit and miss as I tried to get another skirt but of the 2 I ordered they were too tight, should have ordered 2 when I got the first one!!!! It's very smart for work, they wash really well and with 20% off a bargain!!!
