Hooded Zip Through Knee Length Anorak with Stormwear™

I love this coat, looks very smart when teamed up with a colourful scarf. Im 5ft7 and it goes to my knees so it is a good length not a thick bulky coat so it suits me as I am size 18 - 20.

I have been looking for a stylish raincoat with a hood for what seems like forever. This is smart enough for work and perfect for weekends. The navy is a great dark navy and there is not a load of over styling. My only complaint is that the sleeves could be longer. I am 5ft 10 and they just about fit. Well done M&S p.s you may want to consider how you market this - you make it sound soooo unattractive - if i had not seen it in store i would not have given it a second look online

I still use a 3 year old version of this which takes me through most of spring and autumn for work. The earlier model allows the hood to be rolled into the collar which makes it smarter in looks and use: an ingenious feature. I am so disappointed that this feature has been missed out in this updated version. My old coat is black and I would love to buy a new one in a different colour but for much of the time a permanent flapping hood is unnecessary and ugly.

Thank you M&S for making a raincoat that is a longer length and also has a hood!!!!! Have been looking for something like this for years! I wear a lot of tunic tops (I am 5'11") and always end up with my tops sticking out the bottom of my coats and getting wet. Any old mac would solve this problem but they don't ever have hoods (always found this strange to have a mac to wear in the rain but no hood?!?!). I usually do school run carrying bags, holding kids hands or dog on lead and never have a spare hand for an umbrella so I just know this coat is going to be perfect and I will wear a lot. It's smart (I don't like the sports wear look of some coats) and is one of the first M&S coats I have bought with sleeves (just about!) long enough. Coat true to size & lovely material. Thank you M&S = Brilliant!!!!

The 2011 version kept me dry and comfortable through rain, gales, snow and storms and always looked as good as new. Having lost 5 stone over the last year and now a size 12, I was delighted to discover this similar version available in navy and plum. The plum was a little bright for me so decided on the navy (which is a true dark navy) A very slimming style ( in any size), this coat is knee length on me ( I am 5ft 6"). The fabric is matt and showerproof and there are adjustable ties at the waist and hem. The sizing is slightly generous but this is good for wearing over layers in Winter. Machine washable and crease-free, this is a very good quality coat which will last for many years. One slight negative is that the (non-detachable) hood doesn't lie as well as the one on the previous coat so I am going to stitch a loop and button at the centre point to resolve this issue.. Versatile style as can be worn as funnel neck or with the collar open over various scarves.
