We purchased the same style trousers for our son last year. He started to grow out of the older trousers so we bought the next size up. We were pleased to see the style, fit and quality is as good as the trousers ordered previously. Highly recommended - and our teenage son likes them!

It's difficult to find trousers to fit my skin and bone 10 year old without it looking like he is wearing clown pants. These still needed pulling in at the waist though but not too much so not such a baggy bottom! The extra hem is a great feature too - last twice as long (providing the knees hold out!)

I brought these trousers because my lad is a skinny boy and normal trousers are too large round the leg, these fit beautifully and are bang on trend, great fit, great buy.

I bought these for my son last year and again for this year. He loves them and wears them long after school. I like them because they fit all the criteria for the uniform and they have STORMWEAR which definitely keeps them looking better longer. Due to patchy availability I bought this years at the end of last session and am already regretting it. My son is like the proverbial beanstalk and despite taking down the hem (genius idea - by the way), I am now looking for the next size up. Surprise, surprise there are none available right now but I'll keep checking and then stock up. M&S seem to have underestimated the popularity if these trousers and not stocked enough. I have many friends who have asked me where to get these after seeing my son wearing them.

I've only bought one pair as needed to check my son liked. They are perfect but they have been out of stock since I bought! Please get more in soon and/or stock them in store! I look every day online!

Fashionable but still look smart. please, please get more stock in and send them to your stores! Even the large stores in my area say they don't stock them. When will you have more of these back in? As getting bored with checking here every day

My skinny 13 year old loves these trousers but has grown out of his black size 10-11s and we only have 2 pairs of the size 11-12s. Strange that he was complaining his size age 13 shirts were too short and did not tuck in well, am ordering some age 14 shirts. Please please please get some more of these trousers in, so that I can have a couple of spare pairs for mucky weeks and when they disappear after games. Super skinny style, wash well, overall great trousers.

These trousers look great and fit well. My son is quite happy with them. However he's been at school two weeks and I've already had to fix a seam, and I can see another deteriorating fast. I'd return them, but don't actually have a spare pair at the moment. Very disappointing.

my son is 12 skinny with attitude!!these trousers fit and more to the point he will wear them so happy days a little on the expensive side so lets hope they wear and wash well

These are the best fitting school trousers my son has ever had. No turning up of hems for me and he loves the trendy fit. My only gripe is why are they out of stock. Surely M&S must know that there is great demand for school uniform at this time of year. I was lucky to find my one pair in store but I would really like to order more and I don't think I'm alone.
