60 Denier Velvet Touch Hold-Ups

Best hold ups I have ever bought (and I only ever wear hold ups), bought my first pairs a few years ago and although they are costly they are far more cost effective than any other type I buy and despite daily hand washes they stay up. I am a size 14/16 and medium is plenty so slightly on large side. Certainly make me feel great

Love these hold ups, very comfortable.

Tried others (cheaper) but always come back to these! They do what they say and hold up all day or evening, wash well and give a good leg coverage being 60d. Can't fault!

I love M&S hold-ups as a general rule. They're the only ones I can find that actually stay up and don't roll down and irritate me over the course of a day. These ones are really comfy and they look great on, too. They're not exactly cheap at nearly a tenner a pair but if you treat them as delicates and keep them away from tumble driers they continue to look great for ages and, even more importantly, they continue to stay up! I love them.

Been a to a few shops n they were over charging me for these and marks did the trick and saved me £40.

I have had various M&S holdups in the past and I find the sizes very generous, which may explain why some people find them fall-downs rather than hold-ups. My experience suggests treating the size-guide with a big pinch of salt when it comes to holdups. If I go by my own skirt-size and height I appear to just creep into the "medium" category, but apparently my legs are skinnier than my bum (lucky me!) so medium are much too big on me. I have just bought a pair of the 40 denier holdups in a smaller size than the recommended one, and they fit a treat. I will certainly try these 60-denier in a smaller size too, when they come back into stock.

I am 5'10'' tall and only ever buy the large size of these hold ups which fit really well. The thick band at the top is super comfortable and I am not allergic to them. The rubber doesn't perish and they stay sticky (so stay up) for years, even though they go through the wash regularly. I would definitely recommend these.

Extremely comfortable to wear and wash well. Initially thought they were rather pricey, however as they keep their shape and last well I now feel they were worth paying that little bit extra..

Just returned from a night out wearing a pair of these so called hold ups which spent the whole evening determined to settle about my ankles, only my knee boots stopped them. I literally spent most of the evening surreptitiously (or otherwise) pulling them up. How I longed for a pair of tights! They did not do what they are supposed to so I gave them a poor rating.

Excellent product. Very often not in stock in Large in the shops so best to order several pairs on line. Seem expensive but wash and wear every day for work throughout the winter. Occasionally the grip starts to loosen but can always match other legs up - better than tights!!

I bought two pairs of these about 18 months ago and really like them. I still have them but thought I ought to buy more. Unfortunately they were out of stock. I waited and waited. They came back in stock , so I ordered 2 more pairs. Thank goodness I did , as no stock left now and none in the Manchester store. They are so comfortable. Worth the wait!!

After reading reviews I had high expectations but am disappointed. Nice quality and feel soft but unfortunately do not stay up. Would not recommend
